Who we are

Supertraining is a cycling-specific strength & conditioning brand based at UNTIL Soho in central London, founded in 2004 and built on more than twenty years in performance coaching. We are coaches first and cyclists ourselves — and that combination is the whole point. We help performance cyclists, male and female, achieve higher power, a lower Coefficient of Drag, and better resilience through highly individualised coaching. Everything we do is structured, periodised, and built around the rider in front of us.

Who we work with

Most of the riders we coach are time-poor professionals with serious cycling goals — people who have invested heavily in their riding and have hit a plateau, picked up a niggle, or simply realised that the bike alone will not get them where they want to go. They are competitive, driven, and willing to do the work; they just need the off-bike side handled properly and built around the hours they actually have. We work with riders across a wide age range and across the spectrum, from sportive and gran fondo riders to time triallists and racers.

Why coaches who race matters

Plenty of trainers will put a cyclist through some squats. Far fewer understand what actually makes a rider faster — the interplay of power, rate of force development, aerodynamics and CdA, and durability over a long ride. Both of our coaches are competitive cyclists with real results behind them, including six qualifications for the age-group Gran Fondo World Championships and a record of Time Trial, Ironman, and Hill Climb wins. So the cues, the programming, and the reasoning come from the inside — and the off-bike work is genuinely cycling-specific, not gym work in a cycling jersey.

How we work

There are three ways in: a Performance Assessment to set an honest baseline, in-person 1-2-1 coaching at UNTIL Soho, and online coaching across three tiers for riders who train under their own steam. Whichever you choose, the principles hold — adaptation comes from the right training stimulus, progressive overload, and real recovery, all periodised around your riding calendar. The sales process is deliberately simple and human: get in touch by email or message, we set up a short Zoom consultation to understand your riding and goals, and we agree the right package from there. The aim is straightforward — stronger on the bike, more comfortable in an aero position, and harder to break.
