A periodised remote programme
A structured off-bike plan you follow at your own gym, with regular check-ins to keep it moving.
Hands-on coaching when it counts, structured remote programming the rest of the time.
The middle path between in-person and online, with hands-on coaching at the moments that count and structured remote programming the rest of the time, built around your week, in Soho, London.
The short answer
Hybrid coaching with Supertraining blends online and in-person: a periodised off-bike programme you follow at your own gym with regular check-ins, plus in-person sessions at UNTIL Soho at the moments hands-on coaching adds the most, with the balance of the two set around your week. Plenty of riders do not fit neatly into in-person or online, and this is built for exactly that rider.
They want eyes on their technique at the moments that matter, but cannot get to a gym in central London every week, and are perfectly capable of training on their own with a good plan. In-person sessions do the work hands-on coaching does best: setting up technique at the start, refining heavy lifts, and resetting the plan between blocks.
The balance of online and in-person is yours to set, and we agree it on the consultation. It is the same cycling-specific thinking throughout, just delivered in the mix that fits your life.
Hybrid is the middle path for riders who do not fit neatly into in-person or online. This is ideal for you if you:
Hands-on coaching at the moments that count, structured remote programming the rest of the time.
A structured off-bike plan you follow at your own gym, with regular check-ins to keep it moving.
Sessions at UNTIL Soho when hands-on coaching adds the most, such as setting up and refining heavy lifts.
The lifts your programme is built on are coached in real time, so the work you do on your own is safe and effective.
How often you come in and how much runs remotely is agreed around your schedule and your goals.
The programming is the same as our in-person and online coaching, just delivered in the mix that fits your life.
A sensible option for riders who travel, live outside central London, or train at odd hours and still want real coaching.
Hybrid keeps the technical quality of in-person coaching while a periodised plan carries the work between visits, so you stay accountable and progressing on a schedule that does not fit weekly sessions in Soho.
We start with an assessment and a conversation about your week: where in-person sessions add the most, and where you are happy training alone, then agree the mix.
Early sessions at UNTIL Soho establish the lifts and movements your programme is built on, so the work you do on your own is safe and effective.
Between sessions you follow the periodised plan at your own gym and log your work, with regular check-ins reviewing progress and adjusting the programme.
You return for in-person sessions at the points that matter: refining heavy lifts, troubleshooting, and resetting the plan between blocks.

FAQ
It blends online and in-person coaching. You follow a periodised programme at your own gym with regular check-ins, and come in to UNTIL Soho for hands-on sessions at the moments that matter most, such as setting up technique and resetting the plan. You set the balance of the two around your week.
Riders who want eyes on their technique at key points but cannot get to central London every week, and who are happy training on their own with a good plan. It suits people who travel, live outside central London, or train at odd hours, and still want real coaching rather than just a programme.
It is built from the real in-person and online prices. In-person sessions are £120 each or £1,000 for ten, and online coaching runs from £99 a month. We agree the blend on the consultation, so you pay for the parts you actually use rather than a one-size bundle.
That is up to you and what your training needs. Some riders come in monthly to refine lifts and reset the plan, others more often early on and less later. We recommend a sensible rhythm on the consultation and adjust it as your technique and confidence grow.
Yes. The remote side uses the same periodised, cycling-specific programming and check-ins as our online coaching tiers. The difference with hybrid is that in-person sessions are built into the plan at the right moments, so technique gets hands-on coaching rather than being managed entirely at a distance.
