Online Coaching

A structured, periodised off-bike programme delivered remotely with regular check-ins across three tiers from £99 a month — the same cycling-specific thinking as the in-person work, built for riders who train under their own steam and want it programmed properly.

The short answer

What this is

Online coaching is for riders who are happy training on their own but want the structure, programming, and accountability of working with a cycling specialist. You get a periodised off-bike plan built specifically for you — strength, power, durability, and mobility sequenced around your riding calendar — delivered through an app or shared plan you follow at your own gym, on your own schedule. It is the same approach behind our in-person work, adapted to remote delivery, with three tiers so you can match the level of contact to what you need. Progressive Pro is the self-led programme with check-ins; Complete Pro adds a monthly online coaching session; Ultimate Pro adds four. What online coaching does not include is in-person, in-the-moment technique correction — that is what the in-person service is for. Every tier gives you a real plan and real feedback, not a download you follow alone.

How it works

What to expect

Getting started

At onboarding, have your goals, key events, typical training week, available equipment, and any injury history to hand so the programme is built around your real constraints. A way to log your sessions (the app or a shared sheet) makes the check-ins far more useful.

During your sessions

After your sessions

Progress is reviewed at each check-in and, on the higher tiers, in your online coaching sessions. The programme is adjusted on feedback and periodised around your event calendar, so it keeps evolving rather than going stale, and your training load is balanced against recovery and time on the bike.

Common
questions

What is the difference between the three online tiers?

All three give you a personalised, periodised programme with regular check-ins. Progressive Pro (£99 a month) is self-led with check-ins. Complete Pro (£199) adds one online coaching session a month. Ultimate Pro (£499) adds four online coaching sessions a month — the closest online guidance short of training in person.

Can I get real results without training in person?

Yes — if you train consistently. Online coaching delivers a tailored, progressive programme with check-ins, applying the same cycling-specific principles as the in-person work. The higher tiers add online coaching sessions for closer support. What it cannot replace is in-person, in-the-moment technique correction, which is what the in-person service is for.

What equipment do I need for online coaching?

Access to a reasonably equipped gym is ideal, but the programme is built around what you actually have — we discuss your setup at onboarding and write the plan to fit it. The aim is meaningful, cycling-specific off-bike work you can do consistently, not a wish-list of kit you do not own.

How do the online coaching sessions on the higher tiers work?

They are scheduled video calls — one a month on Complete Pro, four a month on Ultimate Pro — used to review your training, troubleshoot, refine technique as far as is possible remotely, and keep the programme pointed at your goals. They sit on top of the programming and check-ins included in every tier.
