Go faster on the bike
Faster across every duration and effort, built by joining the levers that actually move your speed, power, aerodynamics, and durability, with cycling-specific S&C in Soho, London.
The goal
Go Faster on the Bike
Going faster is rarely about one thing. Speed is what you get when more power meets a lower CdA and the durability to hold both deep into a ride. Chase any one of them alone and you plateau. Train them together, in proportion, and the bike rewards you across sprints, climbs, time trials, and long days in the saddle.
This is the umbrella goal that ties the others together. We set an honest baseline, work out which lever is holding you back most, and build a periodised plan that raises power, helps you hold a faster position, and keeps you strong when others fade. It runs on the right training stimulus, progressive overload, and real recovery, and it is coached by people who race, so the work is always pointed at the clock.
How it's trained
What's involved
- A Performance Assessment to find which lever is capping your speed most right now
- Off-bike strength and rate of force development work to raise your usable power
- Mobility and strength to hold a lower, more aerodynamic position for longer
- Durability work so the speed is still there in the final hour of a ride
- Everything periodised around your calendar, with progress reviewed across weeks

Common
questions
What actually makes a cyclist faster?
Three things together: more usable power, a lower and sustainable aerodynamic position, and the durability to hold both late in a ride. Off-bike strength and conditioning supports all three. The fastest gains usually come from fixing whichever one is holding you back most, which is exactly what the assessment finds.
Will strength training really make me quicker?
It supports the qualities that underpin speed: maximal strength, rate of force development, and the strength to hold an efficient position. We do not promise a set number, because progress depends on your starting point and consistency, but raising your usable power and durability is what the programme is built to do.
I do not race. Is this still for me?
Yes. Plenty of riders who never pin on a number still want to be faster on their regular routes, climbs, and sportives. The work is the same. We build the plan around your goals and the riding you actually do, whether that is racing, a gran fondo, or a quicker loop at the weekend.
